It is my privilege to welcome you all to what I hope will be an exciting year of golf for each and every one of you. I am truly honoured to be representing you as your 2026 Captain at this amazing golf club.

I hope to carry on the great work John and Denise, our 2025 Captains have done for the club. I am pleased both John and Denise are staying on in different roles. Their enthusiasm to bring people together is remarkable. Thank you to everyone for the work that has been put into making the 2026 fixture booklet possible. I’m hoping that all our members will get behind myself and Wyn, Phil, Pep, Pete and Denise in all categories of golf this year.
Wyn and I have chosen to support The MacMillan Charity in our year as Captains, and we hope you will do what you can to help raise as much money as possible for this amazing and vital charity.

I wish you all a successful year golfing and I hope your game is full of fun, amazing and memorable moments. Go out there and enjoy, laugh, make new friends and have a year to remember.
